Center in the 1990’s.
The Center offers traditional based
martial arts programs for adults and
children. The programs combine both
traditional and innovative methods for
getting in shape while learning martial
arts techniques. Because our programs
are based on the accomplishment in
mastery of skills, students find it very
motivational and fun. We have many
students who have been training with us
for over a decade!

Fitness & Weight Loss Exercise Programs
Motivated by a belief that modern life, with its sedentary lifestyle, with too much stress and too little
creative play, plagues both adults and children with poor physical and emotional health, Master Kim
created other fitness programs that emphasize the many rewards of healthy mental and physical
lifestyles. We currently offer the Mom's Class, a low key but effective fun exercise program and
private training which is customized to the specific needs of the client.
